Met with Ryan Fabian in the service department. He’s a very nice and professional gentleman. My wait time wasn’t as long as I expected. The only issue I had that raised some concerns is when one employee did not use gloves or napkin while handling food. It was very unsanitary for him to touch donuts with his bare hands instead of using gloves, tongs or napkin to move them into the other box. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and well managed. I definitely recommend everyone to see Ryan F.
