I went with my wife to view a Mulgrave property recently priced at £400,000. We liked the property and explained that we had a buyer for our property which more than covered the above price but we would not have access to it for a few months. The sales agent Julie who was acting (and was absolutely first class in the way she performed her role) for the Mulgrave owners was astonished that we were turned down for a sale because we could not act quickly enough for them despite the fact we are not in a chain. I can highly recommend Mulgrave Properties. They have helped us so much throughout the whole process and delivered a top quality new home for us. Julie has gone above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, we couldn't have asked for anymore from her, just amazing! We moved into our property in March 2023 attracted by the lovely mix of the modern and traditional in a Mulgrave-built home. Bethany, the sales agent gave friendly and professional advice from start to finish and ensured a smooth move. The only thing I would say, we were keen to move as soon as our house was completed and Mulgrave were keen to have us in, which in turn meant that there was a rush to build completion at the end and consequently plenty of minor snagging issues to follow up.
