We ordered a top end picnic hamper from Muldale which we needed urgently for one of our customer as it was a wedding gift and we had run out!. The level of service from Sarah was beyond excellent. She clarified stock of the item, gave me a discount which was unexpected and then upgraded delivery to next day as the item had to be delivered swiftly for the wedding day deadline. All in all I was knocked out, the customer experience and satisfaction was 100%. She is a credit to the company. Many thanks. John
