Have been with this practice for 1 year. During this time, I have attended for various appointments with 2 nurses plus telephone & face to face consultations with Doctors. All staff I have encountered have been professional & very helpful, patient & supportive, with regards understanding & actioning a plan for my health needs. Very grateful. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I recently visited Mulbarton Dispensary to collect a prescription and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The lady serving at the dispensary (older, with grey hair) was exceptionally rude and dismissive. Rather than speaking politely and professionally, as you would expect from someone in a front-of-house role, she raised her voice and repeated the same question three times. Great service today from the kind nurse that did my bloods... Was not feeling good today and the nurse (Emma) could not have been more thoughtful, kind, helpful and competent. I understand peoples frustration with NHS appts at the moment. But aren't all Drs surgeries under the same immense pressure right now? and of course that includes the people that work there. So... Impossible to get an appointment after 10am despite forms being open online. I have been waiting over a year for referrals only to be told by the crisis 111 line they weren't made. I went to make a complaint and they said they would sort it but they've let me slip inbetween the cracks again.
