Very disappointed with my recent experience at this MUJI store. I purchased several large storage boxes, which are clearly difficult to carry without assistance. In the past, especially at the Islington shop, staff would help by tying them together with simple cloth straps — a small but thoughtful service. However, this time when I asked, I was told: “We no longer do that, that was before.” No alternative was offered — not even a bag or straps for purchase. I had such a lovely experience at Muji thanks to Mohammed at the till! He greeted everyone with a warm smile and took the time to ask how each person was doing, adding a little personalized touch to every interaction. Excellent customer service
