Honest review I seriously do not know why there is negative reviews of this surgery. Me and my family moved to the wemyss area five years ago and we all go here. Staff and friendly and helpful always polite and will help where they can. The doctors are excellent and lovely nurses are lovey and so caring . The call back system is fantastic. The most uncaring and uncommunicative surgery I have ever come across, would definitely not recommend this surgery to anyone
I’m a bit confused as to why there’s a sign up saying they won’t tolerate any abuse. It’s a pity they don’t practice what they preach.
It's not good
I really don't understand the bad reviews. Sure, you can be 25th in the queue. The surgery has a call back system. This surgery absorbed another one. It's incredibly busy and yes, if you want to see a particular Dr. You will most likely have to wait. If not, they will do their best for you to see a Dr. All of them in the surgery are super busy. It's a for free service. It's remarkable we even have it and free prescriptions. Go get ill in the USA and see what happens. We don't die because we can't afford the medication or the... read more
