First time at Mug N Bun and had the worst customer service and dining experience I've ever had. We (group of 4) got an outside table quickly, and the server was prompt and took our order, warning us that the food was taking about 20 minutes to come out of the kitchen. Not a problem we thought. Our server then disappeared. We finally got our root beers 40 minutes later. We had debated whether the drinks just come out with the meal, but that didn't seem to be the case.
