GP receptionists don't always have the best reputation, however, the team at Much Hadham Health Centre couldn't be better. To have a compassionate, patient ear on the other end of the phone when you are dealing with a worrying situation for your family or for yourself makes all the difference. All of the medical staff, including the pharmacists on site, are all excellent. I feel very fortunate that my family and I are patients here.
This GP surgery is hurendese staff are not helpful they have no empathy, and unwilling to help vulnerable patients . I would NOT recommend this surgery to anyone.
Efficient friendly dispensary
This GP practice is wonderful, both GPs I have seen have been really efficient and caring, the reception and pharmacy staff are helpful and friendly, and it hasn't been difficult for me to get appointments. Would highly recommend registering if you fall with the catchment area!
