Poor customer service. Would not recommend. Does the same family own Mtn. View Jeep Ringgold? If so, it would make sense. Jeep Ringgold has a poor service department with incompetent mechanics and a service manager that has poor knowledge of Jeeps. Would definitely not recommend them either.
A fun experience. The "Watson" family has supplied cars for me twice since moving back to Chattanooga in 2009. They too are my piano clients and a joy to work with. While we had minor paperwork issues, they went above and beyond and corrected same then gave me the service I requested and at a discount! Good folks, good dealership, good gravy go buy a new car from Will :-) Very nice showroom and much more inventory and better pricing than the "other" one in town, ya know!
Good place to buy car or truck they have good sales people
Never buy a car from this dealership! They are crooked. Jack up the price on their vehicles and conveniently lose your sticker price. Oh they'll admit doing you wrong after the fact, shuffle money at you to get you to keep quiet bit WILL NOT do anything to make it right. Then your stuck in a car you hate and can't get rid of it because you're so upside down no one will touch it.
The only reason I gave 5 stars is so it will show up this place ripped my friend off him and his wife have 6 kids they had been needing a vehicle so they could go places as a family the sales man new how much this meant to this family and he sold them a vehicle that could not pass emissions and it's going to cost them so much money and this place after ripping them off won't help them any stay away from this place negative 5 stars
These people will sell a car to someone who is not capable of buying one. They will sell a car to a person who is drunk and not capable of making a logical decision
Was able to schedule an oil change for late afternoon. Was greeted promptly from the service desk. I went to the waiting area- It was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. I had my dog with me and they reassured me it wasn't a problem. Fast efficient service and dog friendly A+!
Bought a brand new 2014 pro4x titan. $48500. At 34000 miles it developed a Water leak when it rains. I called them. Couldn't get there till 38000 miles. 2000 miles over warranty. Service writer wouldn't even lift the floor mat up when I told him it was 2k over. His last name was Santos. What a joke. Won't go back. New Titans are ugly as sin anyways.
Purchased my 2014 maxima there two years ago . The experience was awesome . No hassle pricing and customer service was outstanding . I drive from Ringgold for service each time . I will always buy my Nissan automobiles from there . My family drives three hours also from Alabama to purchase there nissans as well !!! Great people and family owned .
