It was a real loss that she left the firm, as she always treated me with professionalism, respect and care. Despite the firm’s promises on their website about supporting clients, I felt that my concerns were ignored and that I did not get the urgent help I needed. As a partner of the firm, I found Mr Gill’s behaviour particularly shocking.
