I have always been very impressed with all the cleaning and alterations I have had done at mt hood cleaners. If I had to come up with some constructive criticism I would say the older gal that is usually at the front desk isnt super friendly. She isnt rude, but she definitely doesnt seem happy to be there and almost puts off the vibe that she is annoyed. Maybe if there was some background music playing it would liven up the mood a bit in there.
Great turn around time, always accommodating if a rush order is needed, counter help always a pleasure...need more discounts for everyday shirt/pant cleaning.. :0) Thanks!!

This is a great place to do business! The ebullient lovely young lady (daughter of the proprietor) makes every trip a pleasant experience. The personal attention given to all my orders is refreshing and worth patronizing this establishment. The order being reviewed was, as usual, handled with friendly and attentive service. The quality of work was above par and the prices are not foreboding.

That is very nice of you remembering my name each time I visit you. Sometimes, you already have my items ready on the counter. It seems you get ready when you see me getting out of the car. You always do good job on drycleaning and I like it very much.
Whenever I go to the Mt Hood cleaners they are always polite and courteous even if I have left the cleaning in for awhile, sometimes I forget it. I really do like the people there
