Still my favorite laundry, ever. Friendly personal service with a smile. The quality is top notch and the prices are reasonable.
I am usually so satisfied with my service. This time, I was told I could pickup my order on Thursday. This timeline was very important as it was a gift I hoped to send out in the mail on Friday. It was not ready until Friday, which means that my gift will be delayed by 3 days because of the weekend. My rating is ordinarily 5 star, just not this time.

You guys out perform. I'm a professional in a large law firm in downtown Portland and have many choices at work when it comes to cleaning my clothes. I choose Mt Hood cleaners because my orders are done when I need them. The people are great when I need a rush order as well.
You did great -always respond to questions or issues with a smile. I like the people that you have working there. Oh yes, the firnished product is always done right unless I screw it up myself. Then if I do you always fix it - so what more could I ask for. Keeps my wife happy also, wish I was that good!!!
You guys are the best! Always a great job, always on time and I love the specials you have that save me money! Oh and Beth and the crew are always SO PLEASANT to work with!
I use you so often I don't remember what my last experience there, but I have NEVER had a bad one! You have always been superb people to work with. If we ever move from this area I hope we can convince you to open up a branch where ever we go.
