Customer counter always one step ahead of me when I drive up.....there with a smiling greeting to check in items and if they see me drive up they usually have my order already checked out and ready for me to pick up......if I have a special request there's never an issue and if I need something "in a hurry/at the last minute"...no problem!!!
The cleaning was timely but it is always more expensive than I would like. Perhaps those of us that do not utilize the "free pickup and delivery" should get a discount since we drop off and pick up the clothes.

I have been meaning to send a big THANK YOU to your staff. Back in September my daughter was getting married and her bridesmaids arrived with their dresses wrinkled and unacceptable to wear. I tried everything to get the wrinkles out with no success. With the wedding 4 hours away, I drove to Mt.
