SOME OF YOUR GIRLS ARE VERY NICE AND GOOD SMILE, BUT ONE OF THEM ALWAYS UNFRIENDLY AND NO SMILE. THE REASON WHY I HAVE BEEN YOUR CUSTOMER FOR A LONG TIME IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE VERY NICE GIRLS AND FRIENDLY AND REMEMBER MY NAME EVEN BEFORE I TELL THEM AND SOMETIMES, WHEN THEY SEE ME OUT OF CAR, THEY ALREADY GET READY TO LOCATE MY CLOTHES. Your staff is always courteous and very helpful! Plus, you do great work. My only comment was I was given a "guesstimate" on the amount of my last order was a bit off.
I was very pleased with the work and ease of dropping/picking up. However, I had called prior to bringing in the shirts for a price quote. I was quoted differently than charged. I understand that there is different fabrics and prices that go with those. When I called after arriving home to ask about the price difference, to my surprise, I was told that I had 2 silk shirts. ( didn't know that I had silk shirts). After checking my shirts, I noticed that they were either cotton blend or polyester blend... no silk at all. ... read more
I was so happy that Mt. Hood Cleaners was able to get a stain out of my Nike USA Soccer jacket. I hadn't even worn it yet and during the hot weather black rubber had melted on the back. I dropped it off and picked it up a few days later and it looked brand new. This was my first time using Mt Hood Cleaners and I will definitely be back. Thank you!
No complaints. Would be nice for people who spend a lot of dollars at your establishment to occasionally get a 10% off coupon or something. Many of us in the Hoodland community (Welches, ZigZag, Brightwood, etc) are loyal customers yet we never see any advertising or coupons in our local newspaper, the Mountain Times. Cleaning facility appeared very clean and organized and had a appealing and welcoming nature. Quick and efficient service. My items were finished and packaged very nicely. The email notifications are very helpful also. I will be returning for future service!
