I would give a 0 if i could. I am an insurance agent and we use many companies when to do fire restoration. We had our own fire in December When we got our clothing back from CRDN 85% of them were shrunk or ruined during the cleaning process. It was a horrible experience made worse by this company. One of their employees came out to our home and verified that they were ruined. Now they have backed out and are not paying us for the clothing they ruined. Dropped off a cream colored throw and received it back with same dirt spots on it!! I am going to handwash for now on, rather than take to Mt Hood. Still smelled musky too!
