First time in. Brought item for mending where seams had pulled out of jacket liner. Front counter staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and final mending job was nicely done. Only marked 4 stars as one section of torn seam was missed and had to make two trips. Mistakes are bound to happen, the caliber of a business is how they respond to them. Up side is I was not charged more to complete the job, it was done immediately, and I will return and highly recommend your business! Thank you
I like the fact that you have selected to go to eco blue bag for clothes. I believe I purchased two bags a few years back. I didn't like them then because the way the bag sits on the collar of my husbands shirts wrinkles the collar a bit however we can all learn to live a little greener. I don't think my husband really noticed. Cathy
