Big props to the team on Jolly Rd.! The drive through line is long thanks to social distancing, but staff was moving through the lines like a well-oiled machine. The team provided estimated wait times, and team members were coming out to the cars and asking (from a safe distance!) to see if they could help people without having to wait for a teller. I already loved MSUFCU for its great products and rates, but it’s the team members that will keep me as a loyal member forever. Thank you, south side branch, for being amazing!

Living as an Expat overseas makes banking a real challenge, with many unforseen twists and turns. MSUFCU has twisted and turned with me through many problems in a very professional and expedient manner. They are the best bank I have ever done business with and believe me there has been many banks that have failed me.
Excellent service and excellent money lending/savings policies
overall good financial institution.. just dont believe when they say you get referral bonus after 10 transactions on new checking account you open. and I've contacted them 2 times about it and was told they would check on it then nothing happens.
