hey MSUFCU, last night I checked on the app to see how much money I have and it said 30 cents when I thought it should have been nearly thirty dollars. I figured I just sucked math and shrugged This morning I get sent 5 dollars through Venmo and I check the app after and it says I have ten cents. What is this, and is your app taking our money?

RecommendedHands down best financial institute I’ve ever dealt with! Everyone is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and top notch. Couldn’t say better things about MSUFCU. We have brought everything aside from our mortgage to MSU and that will be next. Every experience has been great since day one!

Just had absolutely awesome service via phone. Great job to the call people that handle things. My person was extremely friendly and efficient. Sure wish you had a branch here in Marquette Michigan.
I have been a member since 1988. I worked for the Credit Union in the early years. It was then that I learned their philosophy on how to treat clients. I have taken these lessons and practiced them my entire career. I recommend everything about MSUFCU, especially the unique relationships you can build with their staff.
I've been through the rungs with other banks and was tired of it. I turned to MSUFCU as a suggestion from family, and couldn't be happier with how up front, fast and friendly these people are! No more games of waiting and guessing... I cannot believe that I didn't come here sooner!
Terrible fraud protection. Do not trust them with your money. Terrible customer service.
