Just got off the phone with customer service as the CU was charging me a $5 fee every month. It's funny because as I was on hold listening to their message, they promote a no fee banking! Well clearly, not the case for me. Told me it was too late to get my money back. Best part is, their "no fee banking" was a $49 fee to close out my account completely... and that's after the $5 a month they took prior to that. #nothappy!
Great friendly staff..always a smile and the go the extra mile to help.
Worst credit union ever stole my money an still wouldn't cash my check threw my account so u can keep ur shity customer service skills and even shittier banking skills
