substandard customer service. terrible experience. needed a letter from my bank to be provided to a government agency. Called 3 days in advance and was promised a response in 24 hours. 24 hours turned into 3 days. i spent my time calling more than 10 times since 9 am today. was promised a callback by elizabeth. i expressed the deadline and urgency yet no call back. needless to say she is the only one who can help me.

I've always bragged about the AWESOME customer service MSUFCU has provided me for the 26 years that I have been a member. So, when I applied for a mortgage I already knew they would give great customer service but I had not idea they would make the mortgage process painless.
