Just opened my MSUFCU accounts today, and what a difference it is from larger banks. My mom and I opened a total of 6 accounts in just under an hour, and walked out with our debit cards in hand. At the larger bank we're both transferring from, it would have taken HOURS to go through the process and a couple of weeks to get our cards. SO glad we made the switch!

We were quoted a loan rate of 2.49% over the phone for a new Kawasaki mule.When we received the final papers, a rate of 4.7% was shown. After speaking to a manager, I was told that 2.49% was never quoted to me! I will be taking all my business elsewhere. Do not trust this credit union to do do business by phone! Terrible service.
We stopped at an MSUFCU branch to withdraw money from the ATM and it wouldn't distribute any money. The slip said our card had been reported stolen. No, it hasn't been stolen. Both our cards are useless. We were told they're replacing cards and we received a letter. No, we open all MSUFCU Mail. No notification in any form. We couldn't be the only ones this happened to.
