More then a Credit Union, it's a place with real people who understand real life and work with you at every turn and every bump in the road!
I live out of state, but it never seems to feel that way when it comes to dealing with MSUFCU. Whether it's accounts, loans, or investment discussion, the communication has been consistently outstanding.
I have had accounts at several Credit Unions, but MSUFCU is the best. They have awesome services, and the best customer service. I recently had an unauthorized transaction on my Debit card, and they took care of it and got me a new card in the SAME day. I can't say enough about the people at MSUFCU! I love my CU, and I love MSUFCU!
I've been with MSUFCU for 7+ yrs and I hope I never have to switch. Every employee I've encountered has been insanely nice and they are always willing to help with anything. I went to one location after a year and they still greeted me by name!
Like having a best friend in a financial institution; particularly East Lansing Customer Service, aka trouble shooters. ;-)
Before I joined MSUFCU, I held my money at a bank. I was always unhappy with how a bank conducted business, treating my money like its theirs. I work hard for my money, and MSUFCU knows this. I don't have to have a minimum balance, or no overdraft fees. I have saved at least $800 by banking with MSUFCU. I haven't had any issues with them. The employees are always so kind and swift with my transactions and withdrawals. The customer service is fantastic and I love the online banking. Good job MSUFCU!!!
I love MSUFCU! I just received my 10 year thank you gift in the mail. Totally unexpected and most excellent. I have had so many positive experiences with you all over the years. I also work for a place that receives money each spring to plant trees in parks. Thank you for all you do!
