We can't say enough good things about MSUFCU! Members for 20+ years and will never switch!
After being a member for 22 years they now charge not $2, not $4 but 5$ for a cashiers check! Last month it was free! I guess they need the money.
I've been a member since 1965. I always recommend the MSU Credit Union to new neighbors, faculty, and friends for their convenient locations, friendly service, and knowledge and helpful staff. Someone is always available to assist me, in person, by chat, by phone or by message. Hope you'll open a branch in the UP for my friends UP there!
HUGE shoutout and THANK YOU to MSU Federal Credit Union Customer Service right now!! I called MSUFCU about 45 minutes ago to check on a direct deposit into my checking that my DCSA was claiming had been approved and transferred into my account Friday, and again earlier today - MSUFCU wasn't showing the transfer had been made yet. I was frustrated because I'd had payments come out resulting in two courtesy pay fees, but I didn't think the credit union would be concerned with that, so didn't ask for any mercy there... just a f... read more
For the last 6 years the location in Downtown, near the capital had been awesome by letting me take the change I've collected through the contest we run when our group comes to town and process it through their change counter for free. This saves so much time and if I were a Lansing area resident I would have all of my banking needs through them. Staff is always awesome. Thanks again
