They are the best! They caught fraud on my debit card today and called me to verify the charges. Everything was squared away in minutes. The ability to do so much electronically including eDepositing is so convenient.
Every encounter I have with branch staff is always top notch - be it a 5:50 pm drive through visit or first thing on Saturday morning. I'm always greeted with a smile and willingness to help. They take my account security seriously and seem to really look out for their members.

I just got a call regarding an ATM deposit I'd made. I explained where the deposit came from and why and when I was informed there would be a 5 business day hold on my account, I replied that I expected a Reg CC hold due to the amount. She also told me that if she could verify my funds from the other account, she would release the hold. After I hung up with the rep and put on my "former worker in the banking and finance industry" hat, it occurred to me that this was due diligence for money laundering. I just love MSUFCU. This credit union union truly is the best around. I got on board with MSUFCU when I sought to refinance my vehicle. I had not primarily banked with the institution prior to that; I wish I had!! Every single staff member I've dealt with has been friendly and courteous, every time! From the Mortgage Dept. to Auto Loans, the staff have been just WONDERFUL whenever I've needed assistance.
