rudest service I have seen anywhere. I go to buy a bundle of 1s and the guy wont sell me on for halloween to hand out, he says I dont have a account, wth do I need one for a singke simple transaction, so I say well sign me up for one. he goes no I am not doing that just somyou can get a money bundle, ai just walked away, small towns like ours we dont do business with places like this, why open in mason if you dont care about people.
Horrible customer service! They hold your accounts from processing so you get charged overdraft fees. Navy Federal Credit Union is by leaps and bounds a better credit union. Heck any credit union I would recommend just not this one. Years ago they were better. They have gotten worse since they were sued!

We have credit scores over 800 and have been Working on a mortgage refinance loan since June 2020... terrible experience with inefficient loans officers with responses such as “we are working on it” “it’s still in underwriting”. Been a customer for 23yrs and we will not be using you for future services. You keep opening up locations but your services and turn around time is unacceptable.
Ive always had great experience with MSUFCU but considering switching if all the locations will be remodeling to sit down tellers. I question if this is a good use of our money and the experience of sitting down to do banking is awkward and about twice as long. I’m fine standing in a line, standing at a teller. What branches will not be having these modifications? I’m already avoiding Holt & Mason!
