I have regular deep tissue massages elsewhere, but I'd not had myofascial release (MFR) treatment before. Marta is very professional and we discussed my particular aches and pains before the massage. I found MFR to be an interesting technique, and it seems to be very helpful for my pain too. Time will tell and I'll no doubt update this review after a few more sessions.
Marta is brilliant. I have severe jaw pain and after seeing her, it's like night and day. She is very knowledgable, kind and has multifaceted knowledge about the body, which allows her to tailor your session.
