I've been to see Jack when I had a knee and an ankle injury. His rehab excerises have been really helpful as I've not had a recurring injuring for over a year now and he gives really good explanation as to why I should be doing these excerises regularly to avoid injury. His Instagram page (jackoliver_sportrehab) also provide interesting and useful information on how to avoid potential injuries
I'm a regular client with Sophie at the rehab centre in Urmston. Sophie has helped me with a recurring shoulder injury and I haven't had a single problem since. She's a total professional and a very good sports rehabiltator. Highly recommended.
