Everything was great. People were kind and empathetic . Only problem had to wait 5 hours and that made me bit stress but service was really good .
I had an amazing experience at MSI. I was in a lot of pain due to the medication, but the staff were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout. I felt genuinely cared for and supported, which made a huge difference. Highly recommend! Well done to mia and susan very lovely people.
Staff were brilliant throughout, although the initial wait was very long I am grateful for the support.
