The M&S sparks card is a waste of time. Add your deals they said, £1 off fresh berries so I picked up a patch of strawberries for £2.50. 10% off flowers, get to the till and nothing. A member of staff said you have to spend £6.00 on berries and only get discount on flowers if you order on line, but I'm actually in store and feel like the deals are a huge con. Do better M&S
Very small and busy M&S , didn't have what I needed. Crowded not many tills to use.
Everytime I go in the staff are helpful, the store is clean
some of the staff at this store are Snooty and unapproachable, always an uncomfortable experience. There was a woman filling shelves in the produce section at around 8pm on the 12th Dec, she was rude, no customer service skills at all. Her colleague Terry was helpful when there was a problem with the self service till though.THIS COMPANY LACKS DIVERSITY
