The people that work at this M&S are honestly the nicest! The security guards are so lovely and say hello as you enter, at Christmas they were giving out biscuits to everyone. The ladies are always sweet and helpful too - just seem like such a lovely team! Not sure how M&S have managed to hire such nice staff but just always a nice experience in here and I’ve been living close by for 2.5 years now.
