Not sure what's going on with this weird Sunday 10.30am to 4.30pm.... I got there at 4.33pm. Doors opened for me and was then shouted at when I got to the top of the stairs 'THE STORE IS CLOSED!' May I suggest..either put clear opening times from the car park entrance or have someone downstairs by the door to prevent customers being shouted at rudely!
Extremely rude staff at self service checkout! I shop there everyday and today was almost acused of stealing something - when she saw me pay for my goods - when I showed her my receipt I was told to sop overreacting- remember - customer is king and if we continue to have rude behaviour- then I am sure waitrose will welcome our custom!!
The staff on this M&S are the best ever!!! This M&S is like what Beckenham values have always been about. Keep up the amazing community service Beckenham team :)) You rock!!
Just eaten King Prawn Pad Thai ready meal. It was tasteless. Very disappointed
