Rude customer service, lady with headset near self checkouts shrugged shoulders and walked off after I asked a question, 1100 04/12/24. Not the level of service I would expect from M&S.
It's a nice place & when I asked a member of staff some questions he immediately started looking around & asking someone else to try see if they had the item i was asking about so 👍🏼👍🏼 cheers for your help
