Excellent
Not as good as the Harrogate location. Limited selection and stock. Also no deli where you can pick up a coffee or prepared chicken. Couldn’t find things like Kefir nor Tahini. Also they don’t have the scan & shop option and must use a cashier for larger orders.
On holiday so wanted ready meals. Their range is excellent all tasty. The more we use m+S the more we like it
Knaresborough M and S should not be seen as part of a large chain but an excellent, small, family run, firm which goes the extra mile to value customers. You simply can not fault any staff member but instead praise the majority for being outstanding. You feel valued, remembered and that your custom is something they treasure. The level of service should be emulated by other larger stores. The store is clean, well organised with the shelves appearing well stocked. The sell by dates allow a weekly shop to be done at ease.
