Lovely helpful lady in the office called Tracey. She is really informative, efficient and is very knowledgeable as to the products offered. Will help you find a floor covering within your budget too. Carpet fitters arrived on time and again, very efficient and polite. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use again.
they employ a racist as a manager here. I tried to call and complain about her conduct on her personal social media account posting hate comments in a public group for the local area. however I was dismissed and told it has nothing to do with the company.
Best flooring shop in Crawley. I was trying to match a sample of vinyl/lino flooring and they had such a huge range of choices that we managed to match it nearly spot on. Some really high quality, sophisticated lovely options too rather than just cheap, ugly lino full of glitter that you get in chain carpet type shops.
Great service, very helpful staff.
