I've left this review for far too long but I promise I will be calling on them as soon as I'm able due to illness they ripped of terrible ive been so unwell and depressed since I saved so hard and practically the thinest carpet in the world it is appalling I'm due to pop in asap I will not let this happen I'm disabled and they should be ashamed of what they did update will be soon
Wow, they just nearly crashed into me on Rosehill roundabout in their white labeled truck, because they're trying to cut the roundabout up and sped up after the roundabout to then turn right just to go back to their shop? Is that really worth doing? Think about who else is on the road, there's innocent children in people's cars..
If you're planning to change your floor, do yourself a favour and use reliable service that will not try to rip you off. I wanted to use an independent retailer to support small business but was deeply disappointed with the service I received. When I asked which carpet was suitable for stairs, Shannon replied all of them and that was the end of her assistance. My quotation had additional meterage of carpet added despite it was not needed. AVOID
Was mislead in the store with the type of carpet i wanted. When the day came to fit it was not the carpet i was hopped to believe although a little thin i was promised it would still be soft. Feels like walking on the floor boards. I was told i had to pay an extra £100 for re-fitting. My concerns were not addressed would never go back again.
