I recently contacted MRP Alarms for a call-out and full alarm system service. I contacted MRP by phone in the morning, and MRP booked us for an afternoon appointment. Jason, the MRP engineer, arrived promptly in the time slot. He was courteous and proficient, talking me through the system and associated paperwork and locating and checking all hard-wired and remote sensors. Brilliant service. Mark was very helpful in explaining all of our options for the alarm system that suited us best. The engineers were friendly and tidy. They were very patient explaining how to use the alarm including the app and going through paperwork. The system is very easy to operate and suits our needs perfectly. All the operational parts are discrete. Very good turnaround times from first contact to final fitting. Definitely recommend.
