Did not exspact to see a location here but it has good variety
Tried to exchange a faulty product but was declined as they say it exceeds the exchange timeframe. The receipt says 7 days, but doesn’t mention that Day 1 includes the day of purchase itself… furthermore, when we went, the staff told us the manager was having lunch break and “sleeping” (?) in the room and told us to come back after a while, which we did. And when we came back all that was told to us is just 1 word “cannot”, and the supervisor himself did not even bother to come out to explain to us.
Yesterday I went to Suntec city Mr Diy to buy stuff all the staff is helpful even the the item that I were looking vacuum flask with silicone handle with the blue one
