Suffered a broken ankle and had arranged for a consultation with Mr. Sivardeen for specialist treatment. Despite confirming the appointment on Tuesday and receiving a further confirmation/reminder text on Thursday, I arrived at the SPIRE LONDON EAST HOSPITAL only to discover that Mr. Sivardeen had cancelled the appointment. It was privileged that I was working with Mr Siverdeen as a registrar. I witnessed his passion, his talents, his skills, and his patience towards staff, his patients and colleagues. I always remember him as a row model of professional in highly stressful and highly competitive situations.

Having read the reviews I was very surprised by the service. It took nearly 6 weeks to get the clinical letter and that was after I had phoned to see what had happened to it. There was confusion over what treatment was needed after the initial stages so I wanted to see what was written. The results of the MRI scan were given over a phone call too, and not at the said time so I found myself on a busy road struggling to hear.
