Been using Mr Wheelie Wash for our bin for years. Moved house twice and never an issue with them coming to the new house. The staff are fantastic and friendly, the bin is always clean, and it’s worth every penny. Thank you Mr Wheelie Wash! Thoroughly recommend.

Terrible service!!! After a few missed visits they posted a letter through my letter box saying ‘not cleaning anymore SORRY!!! Out of way’ I think this is very rude especially after them being so unreliable In the first place. You should have just said from the start you didn’t cover my area and I would have found someone else to do it. Do not recommend!!!!!
We had been using Mr Wheelie Wash for years without any issues, then this year the service has been terrible. Multiple missed visits, no explanation or warning at the time either, just “sorry we’ll get you next time” after I email and ask why we’ve been missed. I’ve now cancelled my service with them after three months of missed cleans, was reassured my overpayment would be reimbursed (we sent a standing order each month) and I’m still waiting for an overpayment to be sent back to me. Appalling service!
