I spent thousands of pounds with this company. They have terrible aftercare. After several phone calls and messages they are not willing to take responsibility. Avoid at all costs!

After spending a considerable sum on wardrobes from these people, I would strong suggest going elsewhere. The showroom when we visited was a complete mess. First red flag. They then proceeded to install and demanded more money. This is after they scratched and damaged our new radiators, and parquet flooring. They damaged newly painted walls which had to be refilled and re-painted. Mr Wardrobe installed replacement wardrobes in our master bedroom. They were prompt, engaged and constructive through the planning process. The installation was carried out efficiently and to a good standard and the few follow-up items were quickly addressed. The wardrobes themselves look great - good quality and fairly priced.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Most likely fake reviews. I can see one is even from their worker that did my job. This company is a potential scam. I contracted them to do work. I believe they operate by driving leads and then hire cheap alternative joiners to deliver. They were 5 months over the original deadline. The wardrobe in my main bedroom was not delivered as per the contract and one of the doors is warped. They painted only one side of the timber attached to the bathroom door. Worked with Mr. Wardrobes over 2 years ago and they were a great team to work. I had a few issues with my closets recently and they came within a few days to fix all the snagging and I was very impressed at their service!
