I would strongly advise others to avoid using Mr. Wardrobe. From the very beginning, communication was poor and disorganised. I dealt with multiple staff members throughout the project, which led to repeated miscommunication and confusion. Unfortunately, many of the staff were not honest, and we experienced constant misinformation and broken promises. We placed a great deal of trust in this company, only to be left deeply disappointed. Unfortunately our experience wasn't 5 star!! After much deliberation we had chosen this company based on its ability to provide us with a bespoke service. We thought the T&C"s were outrageous as we had to pay the final instalment prior to work even beginning and thus leaving us with no recourse !! There were delays with start dates which subsequently pushed out our completion dates; and as we were renting furnished accommodation we were then having to extend our lease agreement . More than happy with the end result. The fitters came when expected and did a great job. They were competent, professional and always had a smile. Would thoroughly recommend Mr. Wardrobes as completed the job exactly as promised.

I spent thousands of pounds with this company. They have terrible aftercare. After several phone calls and messages they are not willing to take responsibility. Avoid at all costs!
