Fantastic service from Mr Shifters. My sister recommended them and said they are brilliant..and they were. It was a big move from Surrey to chester but thanks to them it could not have gone better. The young lads on the day were on time helpful, friendly and respectful a credit to their company! Worked none stop. Lovely ladies in the office too who helped me so promptly with any queries I had. 5 star service

Moving can be stressfull! Not with this company communication from the start was very professional and very responsive. The two men on the day were excellent polite, respectful and took care of my belongings so professional and calm. My home was emptied very quickly allowing time to clean when I got the keys to the new place they quickly moved me in always asking what I wanted going where I’m not planning on moving again but if I did I would use Mr Shifter and will recommend them to anyone moving house etc 100% Thank you to ... read more

Awful service. Unreliable. The office (Emma) called me a few times to book a survey. I took some time off work to meet with the "surveyor", he was very pleasant but did talk very negatively of other companies for being unreliable. I accepted their quote and they pencilled me in i called them a week before moving date to confirm all was well with the predicted moving date and they cancelled stating that they can no longer complete the job! Very quick to judge other companies but unable to deliver their own!

Wonderful service from the team at Mr Shifter. Booking was easy through phone/E-Mail, the chap who came to my property for the quote took care answer all my questions. Price wise they came in slightly below all the other quotes i had. On the day the team arrived bang on 0800 and i was fully moved in to my new home by 1300, they took excellent care with my furniture during our move and nothing was damaged at all, they even moved a dishwasher to my parents house for me for no extra charge.
