Luke, has came out twice for us. The first time was from a toilet issue. Just recently, our hot water heater started leaking and Luke repaired the water heater without issue. He always goes beyond what is needed, checking all parts to make sure everything is working correctly. He provides an estimation of the cost prior to repair and he is extremely professional and fair. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter - Luke will always be our plumber. Extremely impressed. Would not use anyone else!!!!! Thanks again Luke! Ms. Kay

Mr. Rooter was there when we needed them. We had a major plumbing malfunction the first day of a two day Celebration of Life for my husband after his passing. On the afternoon that our "problem" appeared, a serviceman was out to the house immediately, gave me a quote, repaired the problem, and didn't charge anything. In the middle of Jan., 2017 we had a very serious malfunction in the men's bathroom at my office work location as the Sloan Flush Valve Diaphragm, handle assembly on the urinal was broken and would not shut off the water. One of the managers was able to pin point the shut-off valve which was in the ceiling and shut off the water. I called the only plumbing company that I was familiar with and that was Mr. Rooter. I've used Mr. Rooter the last couple of years at my house and my father's house. Richard was just out this past Saturday and this wasn't his first time. This company is always professional and good people to work with. This is our "go to" plumbing company!
Our serviceman was so polite and professional. He explained what he was going to do to repair our hot water heater and what the cost would be. I highly recommend them!
A pleasure to work with. The technician was to work on our old toilet, but he informed me of a "Special" they had on their top toilet which cost me less to install their "Special Upgraded Toilet" than to work on my old toilet. Way to go Mr. Rooter. I will definitely will use them again if needed!
