We’ve had good luck in the past. But service call yesterday was $115 to tighten a single nut on a faucet set. That’s too much. Well look elsewhere next time.
Mr. Rooter was able to see me within just few hours of making the call even though it wasn’t an emergency. My technician was very nice, quick, and helpful. I would definitely use them again and recommend them!
Came out an hour after my call on a Saturday eve and got the water heater working again. Also gave a fair quote on replacement so that’s next. Second time calling Mr. Rooter and both times pleased. I recommend them for plumbing needs.
After another plumbing company gave me unsatisfactory job, I called Mr Rooter and they sent Steven out from the Montgomery County office. Thank you! The job was done correctly and the manager even showed up to lend a hand! They did an excellent job and I am very happy with the service I received.
We have used Mr. Rooter of Montgomery County several times over the last 6 years. Each experience is the same: a very courteous representative shows up at our house ready to assess our problem, then gets right to work and resolves the problem. We have never had to call them back to re-check their work, nor to re-fix the problem. When they fix it, it is fixed! Their representatives are professional, courteous and friendly. We will definitely continue to use them.
We got bad news while selling our house and because I am in MCABW with the Mr Rooter Team, i called them first. The team was professional and quick, they were knowledgeable and addressed all of our concerns. The team even filled a couple of holes around the yard with the extra clay from digging around the plumbing. Im really thankful that Mr Rooter made this difficult problem easy to deal with!!
A bit of sticker shock but am very pleased with the installation of our new kitchen sink. From the service representative to the installers everyone was highly responsive, courteous and professional. Job well done.

My husband and I want to commend Chris Stewart, Technician, for his outstanding attention and devotion to duty. He went that extra mile at each and every turn while in our home. He is one of the absolute best we've seen in his line of work and the jobs he did for us were truly outstanding in every respect..
I was very impressed with how quickly the technician arrived after my initial call. He was very polite, explained my options to me, and was efficient in his work. The bill was high, and since then I’ve discovered from others how high it was. Therefore, I didn't feel comfortable giving 5 stars. I still have not received my receipt through email with the details of what exactly was done for the cost. Buddy was my tech, though, and he was great!
