I had a clogged sink drain over the Independence Day weekend. I expected to pay more due to the holiday, but Mr. Rooter came and repaired the drain at the normal, everyday price, then gave me a lifetime guarantee on that particular drain in my home. The technician was courteous and obviously knew his job. Five stars for Mr. Rooter.
Fantastic service!! I had these guys out for a second opinion and I'm so glad I did, the technician quickly and easily repaired my water heater, which I had previously been told was not repairable. Communication re appointment time was great, the techs were very pleasant and courteous. I would highly recommend Mr Rooter as an honest and reliable company !!
