Roger is simply awe-inspiring the way he created a niche for himself in the business world. I always knew he would go far.
Perez came to our house to see about changing some shower fittings and when he was here told us all about our plumbing as we had just moved into a rented house. We were so grateful as had never thought to ask when we rented. We also took out a maintenance plan for them to come and do the same yearly. He was very friendly and informative and I would gladly have him back in our house anytime also the price was very good and the call out time excellent. On 4-4-17 I had a major plumbing disaster. A pipe under the foundation of my house broke and flooded my master bath, master closet, and master bedroom. Mr. Rooter spend over two weeks with me which included digging deep under the foundation, replacing the pipe, and returning all the dirt back under the foundation. Through out all the time my technician, Jarret, kept me updated about what was going on and when I could expect repairs to be completed.. The work was done in a timely, professional manner. The plumber who did the work was very capable and the repairs were excellent. However, I felt that the amount charged was excessive. I also asked for a breakdown of the charges and I was told that it could not be provided to me.
My dad had a water service line leak at the meter. Perez Owens of Mr. Rooter came out with his crew and replaced the water line. Problem solved/fixed. Very happy with both the service and outcome.
Did a great job!! They were timely and efficient. Will definitively use them again
