Excellent fast service. Very nice young man did the service call he appeared to be very knowledgeable.
We had a blocked drain 2 days before Christmas and were in dire need of having it cleared before the holidays. They got a technician out within the hour and had the drain cleared and did a video scan all within the hour they spent at our house plus the technician spent some time after the cleanup giving us a heads up on what we should be doing to prevent future problems. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter.
It was my semi-annual check up and filter change. when my technician was all done he alerted me to an excess of water in the catch basin below one of the two hot water heaters. I thanked him and notified Morrow mechanical management of an exceptional employee. The same day I called Mr. rooter and they were able to schedule technicians that afternoon. Everyone was friendly, professional and on time.
We've used Mr. Rooter on a couple of occasions and have been completely satisfied with both response time and professional services. Chris has worked on a job for us before this one and has shown us again what a consummate professional he is. Mr. Rooter couldn't have a better representative out here interfacing with the public.
Our plumber, Luke was most professional and thorough about clearing out the clogged drain line in our kitchen. Snaked out the lines, checked all aspects of the clog to see the it had cleared and scoped the lines with a camera. Couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. We are extremely pleased with the price and the awesome job.
Daisy helped us with an original builder problem of our 17 year old house with a toilet leaking through the ceiling.... she took her time and explained what had happened... .. she had to cut through the ceiling to access the pipes!! The job was kept clean and we got it all fixed!
My plumber Chris was AWESOME, did a great job!
