Plumbing services I just want to let people know that , this company is money hunger, and they were scammer, specially to those home owner who doesn't know anything about the plumbing problem..and becareful when you signing the contract because if there is any blank space , they were put additional information related to the job, it says any additional works , have additional charges..at the time when we sign the contract , nothing the words in there..they sent different people to your house and they were start digging with ... read more

plumers these guys were good ,friendly guys who knew what they were doing.there was no pressure at all. Very prompt in being there when they said they would. I will call them again if I need them. Good job.The price was pretty good also.Thanks again!!!

Plumbing Service Appointment Scot B/plumber was polite, friendly, and professional. He was willing to accommodate my requests to look at all drains and he said the drains did not need to be cleaned ($265 per drain). He couldn't solve the problem of the water smell, but did offer echo drain cleaner. He seems to have trustworthy character.

Don't use this company This company serviced our main service line in January of this year. In a little under 6 months we were having the same issue. Had it done 11 years ago by ..... so it lasted 11 years and this one only lasted 6 months. Called Mr Rooter in January by mistake. So called them to come back out and service our drain again on Monday night since they did it in January. The girl we spoke with offered to have someone out that night. Clog toilet repair Felt like I was ripped off and took advantage of wife just being home. Just moved into house. Clogged toilet seller's agent was going to pay. Plumbers found a toy car in toilet. Also fixed rubber seal in master toilet to stop constant refills. Two Plumbers- about 1 to 1.5rs MAX. Little to no parts cost. $520.00. You decide if you want to call them for repair. With rates like this-of course they have no OT charges.

Don't trust the reviews of one place. These guys are bandits! I worked for them for two weeks. I was told they do an ethical business by the owner and left a great paying, honest company to work in Schaumburg. I could not stand the dishonest tactics that I was goingto be expected to use there so I quit. If you want to pay $700 for a sump pump, $400 for a sewer service leading to them attempting to do a $4000-8000 sewer repair that you wouldn't need if a competent and honest company was out, by all means call Mr. Rooter.
