I visited Mr Pollock this morning anxious about my scan results. He was quick to put me at ease. Highly professional and incredibly knowledgeable he explained everything very clearly and was extremely sensitive to my situation. I left feeling reassured and confident that I had received the best possible care. I can’t recommend him enough. I’d also like to thank Ellie his senior medical secretary for her kindness and understanding.
First rate from 1st consultancy to post surgery. Professional, warm and more importantly, a leader knee surgery.
First class treatment from Robin Pollock and his team. Very little pain post elbow surgery to remove a tumour and the scar was hardly visible after a couple of months. An excellent outcome.
Dr Pollock, is a thoroughly knowledgeable and confident doctor. He did a great job in identifying my issue and addressing it immediately. His explanations of my problem and his advice on how to deal with it instilled confidence in me. My surgery went extremely well and I am recovering now. I will always be grateful to him for it.
Dr Pollock was a consummate professional throughout my consultation, procedure and post-op follow up. He is straight forward to deal with, direct in his guidance but also incredibly reassuring around what is required in terms of treatment. As an extremely nervous person in hospitals, Rob and his team dealt with me superbly and the experience was immeasurably better as a result of his care. Thoroughly recommend for anyone requiring such a specialist (my issue was a large lipoma removal).
