I had a fantastic experience with Mr Pollock. He was very kind and reassuring, extremely patient, explained everything clearly and compassionate and so knowledgeable. He carried out an outstanding op together with great aftercare. A superb surgeon, (together with a kind and very helpful secretary Ellie) I would highly recommend.

I had hip replacement surgery done by Mr Rob Pollock who was very down to earth and straightforward, and got the job done extremely well, resulting in minimal recovery time and a very good outcome. Couldn't recommend him and his team more highly.

I am really lucky I met Dr Pollock. I booked an appointment with Mr Pollock to have a second opinion as the previous surgeon and NHS both suggested a full knee replacement. Mr Pollock instead explained to me that despite the knee is deteriorating as consequence of an ACL reconstruction done 30 years ago he could give it a “10000 miles” MOT as I am still a bit too young for a knee replacement. I met Rob Pollock after a couple of onward referrals from other consultants. At a time of considerable uncertainty for me, he was reassuring and put a plan of action into place immediately. Straightaway I felt I had, as he put it, a 'team captain'. Rob's early diagnosis of a remarkably rare but benign condition has been confirmed by way of biopsy and imaging procedures six months apart, and I'm grateful to him for his skill and consideration throughout.
