Tom did and amazing job. Our carpeting looks brand new. Stains that other large carpet cleaning competitors couldn't remove are gone. Tom took his time and worked on every stain. Would highly recommend - we will be back.

Mr. Picky was our pick! The manager returned our call promptly, quoted us by square foot over the phone; Total service charge was very competitive with comparable carpet cleaning services we have used in the past. Prompt arrival, provided their own water source, a smell good-thorough cleaning, care for our furniture, friendly, detailed communication on service, and we had a very polite service technician!
Mr. Picky service was the best I have ever had. Kallen the service man was here on time, he did a very thorough job, was kind and helpful and explained everything! He cleaned the ducts thoroughly! It was wonderful to wake up this morning to a completely dust free condo!! Mr. Picky will be my go to service company!
Very professional, carpet I was going to replace but had company coming from out of town. Called Me. Picky to clean, now it came out so well even the worn spots look good. NO RESON TO REPLACE THEM. Thank you Mr. Picky.
