This review is based on both Mr Furtardo and his secretary. I have never experienced a healthcare peofesssional with such terrible communication skills, both in person and when it comes to trying to get an appointment or response to email enquiries. His secretary is constantly off and never responds to emails or answers her phone. I’m not sure what she actually does during her “working” hours because it certainly is not answering her phone or emails. Firstly, I'd just like to say that my review isn't based on Dr Furtado himself, he's actually very knowledgeable. My review is based on his secretary who has made this whole experience so disappointing & unpleasant. I just want to get myself back to full fitness & I'm still waiting for email responses from March!! I'm sorry but this is private medical care & I don't expect this poor level of correspondence & service. It's disgraceful.
